  ITIL News Snippets
Forrester Research report (Ref: Computer Weekly) that IT depts can improve their efficiency by using ITIL. The report states: "ITIL is the foundation for better control of how IT delivers services to business."

Standards Australia have published AS8018 (AS 8018), to equate to BS 15000 / ISO 20000.

Where can I attend BS 15000 Consultant training? Anyplace in the USA?

Since you raised the question, let me ask you how you will be able to differentiate pure vanilla ITIL training (1) from BS15000 training (2) and lastly from BS15000 consultant training.

Kindly note that while Iam a professional IT consultant with deep ITIL insight and solid 25+ years total years of experience with some big names, I find it a bit diffifult to draw the line between the three types of training - in case there is such sagregatgion in the real world.

I somehow believe that there is a high-level of overlap between the three types of training. so that practically it would be possible to put any mix of content under any category of training.
