Do note that BS15000 has been replaced by ISO 20000.

We had prepared a checklist for BS15000 certification and for surveillance audit; but I would recommend you to go for ISO20000 rather than BS15000 (as rightly said by Site Admin Service Guy)
If still you are interested in BS15000; I am open to provide you the required information.

The differences are in fact largely cosmetic.

Rightly said by siteadmin there is no difference as such.

As far as checklist is concerned I would not prefer giving the checklist on any of the open forums; because we had put lot of efforts to prepare this checklist and tool which will tell you how much you are compliant to ISO20000 or BS15000.

Hi Ieshan,

I'm interested in obtaining the checklist (or even a small section of it) for reference purposes. My team is intersted in finding out more about ISO 20000, but we're nowhere near the process of getting certified, we just want to gauge where we are and how we could integrate it with ITIL in our service offering.

Hello dear Friend,
I am presently given the task of implementing ITSM, i have previously implemented ISMS, I am new to ITSM and in this regards any help from any one will highly be appreciated.

I am looking for Step by step approach E.g: Gap Analysis vis a vis ISO 20000, Identification of critical business process, Identification of critical assets, Risk Assessment, Risk Treatment, Development of Policies & Procedures, Blah blah blah.......

Regards,
Daanzer
