| That is a bit telling isn't it? Is there no data out there or has no one actually received a return on the investment? |

And still not a single person can show any evidence of ROI?
Does it not exist? If this is the case, how long before ITSM, ITIL, ISO 20000 just implodes? Or will it be viewed as a "cost of doing business"?
Thoughts? |

| Looks like no one has had a return on their investment. |

Waiting on somebody to show evidence of a ROI.
What is going on out there? Is ITIL a marketing push or something real and tangible? Can anybody show actual fiscal improvement directly (or even, indirectly - as long as there is some logical connection) related to 'implementing' ITIL or ITSM?
Are the only people making fiscal improvements the software companies selling CMDB's and the consultants telling you how to 'better align' your IT dept to your business?
Or is just that the revolution will not be televised? |
