Standards Australia have published AS8018 (AS 8018), to equate to BS 15000 / ISO 20000.

Ash, to get a decent template you will have to pay unfortunately. I would suggest a google search look at a number of samples and devise your own. _________________ You cant improve what you cant measure!

i feel you should look at the becta.org site and type in FITS. It has al the aspects with the free templates. Might be useful fro you.
