Wondering if anyone can quide me on this. We're working towards ISO 20K and am the process owner for SLM and Service Reporting.
While we have a living department managing the Service Reporting with definite objectives and individual performance parameters, we are not quite strong on the documentation or a defined process, in other words we need to build up on the supporting documents. What sort of documents do i require? What would the auditor be looking for in Service Reporting?
Can someone tell me how i can start building up on this?
Thanks. _________________ May
