Forrester Research report (Ref: Computer Weekly) that IT depts can improve their efficiency by using ITIL. The report states: "ITIL is the foundation for better control of how IT delivers services to business."

Standards Australia have published AS8018 (AS 8018), to equate to BS 15000 / ISO 20000.

Capgemini is actively looking to expand it's team of talented ITIL professionals in the NY Metro area. Kindly review the job qualifications below. If this of interest, please send me a word version of your resume along with the best time and way for us to speak.
Requirements:
Consulting experience, either as part of another consulting firm or from project-based roles in industry
Experience of assessing/defining/improving IT strategy, management and execution processes
E.g. SDLC, testing, production operations, help desk processes
Practical experience with ITIL and/or CMMI/SCAMPI and/or CObIT
ITIL certification preferred
Capable of representing Capgemini with senior IT and business management
Experience of project management and leading small teams
Comfortable organizing and facilitating large client workshops
Familiar with writing proposals and statements of work
