Standards Australia have published AS8018 (AS 8018), to equate to BS 15000 / ISO 20000.

We are in the business of Providing IT services & i have completed ISO / IEc 20000 Auditor Certification & my organisation is planning to complete ISO / IEC 20000 certification in this FY.
