The candidate will work directly with internal help desk team members to understand requirements and create documentation detailing program functions, business processes, data collection and output requirements.
Must have the ability to interview technical experts, define processes and write technical documents that clearly and effectively communicate research findings. Successful candidate will have a strong technical background with experience in ISO 9000, ISO 20000, CMMI or Six Sigman. ISO20000 expertise is preferred.
Ensures technical documentation is accurate and complete; meets editorial and government specifications and adheres to standards for quality, graphics, coverage, format, and style.
Candidates should also possess knowledge of process improvement initiatives and/or experience developing process improvement flows related to Help Desk or Tier 2/3 services.
Demonstrated ability to work independently to get a job complete. Takes initiative and does not require constant oversight. Experience working as a consultant on a client site is required.
Security Clearance Required - Secret required, but TS preferred.
Nice To Have Skills: ITIL Fundamental Certification
Experience working in a sub-to-prime environment.
