I am doing research for my manager on the average cost of achieving the ISO 20000 certification. I know the actual cost depends on many factors such as company size and existing compliance level, but i just need a few examples of company size and cost incurred, so any info on this subject based on your professional experiences would be much appreciated, thanks for you help!
