Standards Australia have published AS8018 (AS 8018), to equate to BS 15000 / ISO 20000.

Project description: This is an ITSM Release Management improvement program with the goal to decrease risk, decrease cost, improve quality and improve timing. This program will design, build, and activate an integrated solution using BP4SM for both process and tool implementation, which includes: Release Mgmt., Change Mgmt., Configuration Mgmt., and Service Level Mgmt.
Automation of these processes will be enabled by the implementation of Service Manager, uCMDD, DDM, and Release Control.
