Hi Guys,
We recently merged our IT and Networks function into one area called Technology and want to come up with one implementation plan to submit to the ITIL change management process.
The Network guys currently use what they call a Method of Procedure(MOP) and the IT guys use an ITIL implementation plan.
Is there anyone out there who has done this before?
Any guidelines/best practice approaches available to map the MOP to ITIL Change Management process implementation plan?
