Prash ITIL itself is a non prescriptive standard it gives you guidelines to work with you have to figure out the rest it is also limited in security and and systems development. BS15000 however is it more presecriptive and offers a greater deal of scope and structure going forward I would however side with precaution dont complicate matters if they dont need to be. Only implement that which has the support of the team otherwise any process will fail. _________________ You cant improve what you cant measure!
