I am looking for total costs associated with implementing BS15000/ISO20000 from a project planning perspective. What was the budget, size of team, length of time to implement and achieve certification? Is there any where I can get such metric?
I would suggest that it depends largely on the scope and scale of the exercise. In other words, upon the specifics of the company you are implementing within.
Having said that, maybe someone can offer some ballpark figures.
