Standards Australia have published AS8018 (AS 8018), to equate to BS 15000 / ISO 20000.

Hi All,

What is the value proposition of an ISO 20000 certification, because best practice is not always equal to best value add within a specific business context.

Did anyone do a ROI on an ISO 20000 implementation/Certification?
