Forrester Research report (Ref: Computer Weekly) that IT depts can improve their efficiency by using ITIL. The report states: "ITIL is the foundation for better control of how IT delivers services to business."

Standards Australia have published AS8018 (AS 8018), to equate to BS 15000 / ISO 20000.

I need two QA guys with ITIL and/or COBIT.

My client is a Fortune 500, publicly traded company. They manufacture consumer goods.

The first position is a testing position - the MUST haves are:
ITIL
Familiarity with COBIT
project management skills/experience
Experience with MSF (Microsoft Framework)
Strong Knowledge of one of the system development cycle methodologies

The second position is Operations/Production QA Analyst
Experience writing policies and procedures
Experience with ITIL
Experience with MSF
Experience putting together SLA's
Familiarity with COBIT
Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley is preferred but not essential


Both positions are in Miami FL and pay $75K++

You MUST be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship for these positions.

I'm 24 years old, I've got two nationalities (Venezuelan - Italian)
